Alcoholic Drink Recipes??

I'm looking for recipes for sweet drinks with alcohol. I'd like to stop at the package store before our trip and bring whatever is needed with us to the resort. So, what are some of your favorites? The only ingredient I can't really drink is orange juice. Thanks!

Anyway....as a young Key West girl in near eyesight of Cuba I've been known to down more than my fair share of these.

MOJITOS!!!!!!!!

1 teaspoon powdered sugar
Juice from 1 lime (2 ounces)
4 mint leaves

1 sprig of mint
Havana Club white Rum (2 ounces)
2 ounces club soda

A shot (or more ) of Amaretto, then a few ounces of ginger ale. Top it off with a cherry or two. Super easy and delish!!

I personally enjoy Sweet Tea Vodka with just a bit of sprite and a squeeze of lemon. Yum!

Well my personal fave is Capt. Morgan's Tattoo with Coke. Cape Cods are pretty good and simple, too, though. That's just vodka and cranberry juice. We usually do it with cran-raspberry instead, so it's a little sweeter.

Caribbean Smuggler - Captain Morgan original spiced rum, Malibu coconut rum, cranberry juice, and pineapple juice. (as copied from the menu of Shutters restaurant at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort)

1 shot of spiced rum
1 shot of coconut rum
equal parts pineapple juice and cranberry juice (I like it with more pineapple)

Stir together in a cup with ice.

Drink up!

I love this drink and serve it to my guests year round. So yummy! Sometimes I even add some pineapple chunks to it for an extra sweet treat.

Margaritas are my favorites.
3 parts tequila
2 parts Cointreau
1 part fresh squeezed lime juice
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice, and shake to blend. Strain into a margarita glass garnished with a salt rim (optional).

Use a good tequila like Patron or Cabo for the best margaritas.

1 shot peach schnapps
1 shot Malibu Coconut rum
1 shot Grey Goose vodka
Add pineapple juice
Add a splash of cranberry juice

VERY good, and potent!!!!!!

You can buy a lot of mixes at the liquor store in single serve sizes. TGIFriday's has their orange dream, pina coladas, etc. for sale. They are intended to be blended with ice but you can just have them on the rocks. You could stock up on those, already contain the liquor needed, and they are small and easy to transport.

Lemonade flavored Crystal Light- I make a big pitcher
add a bad of thawed strawberries, with juice ( I've mashed them a little before to get all the juice a'flowin)

I honestly just pour the strawberry lemonade into a glass and then add rum to taste. You know, depending on the earlier events in the day, it may need a little more than usual!

I also freeze a few strawberries to add to it like a ice cube, but it doesn't water it down.

Our liquor store had a premixed pomegranate martini. I keep it in the fridge--excellent for days when you just want a quick, easy drink.
