Am I the only one who found them too strong. I guess they make drinks weak in my area so that is what I am used to. I had one of those pineapple drinks at Ohanas and had to get the guy to sissy it up for me it was so strong it was burning my throat. He added more pineapple juice and brought it back with the pineapple still filled to the top and a whole other glass filled because of the added juice and it was still strong. I think I grew some hair on my chest that week. I did end up drinking both and when I stood up my dh had to walk me out. I guess I am a wimp. I like fruity type drinks especially frozen ones, anyone know where I can get a sissy drink at Disney.

I'm so happy that the lapu lapu is a good stiff drink. Its the one day we have off for our chill day and i plan on topping my day of lounging at the pool and shopping with a big giant LAPU LAPU! :dance3:

Ask them to make it half strength when you order it and they will be happy to oblige. And yes, I have generally found the fruity drinks at the WDW restaurants and pool bars to be strong, which is how I like them! But my mom can't drink like that so when we ordered them for her we just asked to make them with half the booze and it worked out fine.

I had a very strong drink at Atlantic Dance the dance club on the Boardwalk. It was a French Kiss martini and talk about throat burning! :bitelip: I couldn't drink the thing, I had to return it to the bartender which I never return drinks and I even tipped him a couple of bucks for exchanging it for a Malibu and Pineapple. My friend had another martini, it was like a chocolate/coffee type and that was too strong for her. So we swapped, I gave her the Malibu and I took her martini.

I guess they want to make sure you have fun :thumbsup2 But I want to enjoy my drink not torture myself :teeth:

We are not big drinkers but will have a few drinks on vacation.

No, not too strong.

Nope, not too strong! But I like to see fumes raising from the top of my drink, what can I say? ESPECIALLY at those prices! :thumbsup2

Disney seems to use a measured pour. I've always found the drinks to be weak.
