We are not lushes by any means, ok maybe a little, but only on vacation j/k. Anyways, I am curious if all resorts have a bar, and all parks? We are going for our second time, and want to relax this time instead of running like crazy. So we are thinking pool bars, bars at the waterparks. Sipping a margarita, while relaxing, and drenching ourselves in the Disney magic! Thanks all.

I believe the only exception to getting alcohol is in Magic Kingdom. This park is dry.

AHem.....It's supposed to be dry..My sister has been known to put a little vodka and crystal lite in her water bottle.. I of course would never do such a thing

True. Unless you bring your own, MK is the only dry spot. Resorts and restaurants are great watering holes. Cheers!

We recently packed a box w/bubble wrap and sent ourselves some "pop" to our resort so it was there when we arrived. We bought it on sale and shipping for the big box was only $10. It was what we wanted and we didn't have to worry about packing it/transporting...plus it was way cheaper for the poolside fun.

Pop on over to the Monorail drink thread. Those folks know every bar and watering hole anywhere in Disney. :drinking1

Just take it easy with the spirits out in that hot sun all day and getting on rides that jostle you around. It can make one cranky. ::yes::

I suggest Frozen Margarita'a in Mexico

"Beers around the world" in the rest of Epcot...

And I believe all of the Hotels have a bar. Pool bars are avl
at the "Main" pool in most of the hotels.

You may already know this, but alcohol at WDW is very expensive. Beer and wine run 4-5 for a small to average serving. Mixed drinks are $7.75-11.50. I don't know about the other resorts, but the poolside bar (you don't sit in the water) closes at either 11:00 or midnight.

We always bring several bottles of wine with us. Before, I always kept them in the ice bucket; now you can keep them in the room fridges.

One word of advice - don't sit in the WL's "hot" hottub while drinking wine. Unless you want to make a fool out of yourself in front of your children, by puking in the restroom later on. Try explaining that it was just the combo, and that you didn't get drunk. They still talk about it.
