Alcohol offered at Ariels Grotto breakfast?

Not sure what you're missing......we did Napa Rose on our last trip......honestly, I didn't love it but I'm thinking we might have just had a bad experience......there's always a lemon, right?????

We've talked about the holiday tour but haven't decided 100%. Part of us will love it, the others will just go along for the ride. Trying to decide if we want all of us to go or not. We haven't been since WOC opened so we are planning on an Ariel's Grotto meal for passes to that. Other than that, we're wide open.

It seems like a lot of what they offer is seafood...but I hate seafood (I'll get the steak). My wife and daughters like it though, and I'm a sucker for making them happy, so we'll visit...

Ha ha.....I love seafood. I guess you don't partake in the fabulous sushi we have around here.

There is my husband, our three kiddos (15, 10, and 7), myself, and we invited my mother and her partner. So, there are 7 of us all together. My immediate family (husband and kids) are traveling separate from my mother and her partner.....not sure when their flights are but we're all traveling the same dates and staying at the Grand. I'm still trying to decide on dining reservations.....we'd like to try the Carnation Cafe and Blue Bayou as they are two things we've never done. How about you?

I'm traveling with my wife and three daughters (12, 10, & 7). The atmosphere at Blue Bayou can't be beat, I highly recommend it. We've never eaten at the Carnation Cafe but it's on my shortlist of places to eat during our trip since Chef Oscar is contemplating retirement...

I'm truly booking BB this trip. I've put it off because I don't want to waste park time.....but this time I'm doing it......regardless. Thanks for your recommendation. It solidifies our plans. We are planning on BB Thursday early afternoon, Ariel's Grotto (for WOC) on Thursday night, BB on sometime Friday, Minnie and Friends on Saturday morning after spending our early entry in the park (we do this often and love it), and Story Teller's on Sunday morning. Talks about doing BB later this day instead of on Thursday....haven't decided for sure. Other than that, we don't really have anything planned. Of course, all this will depend on priority seating reservations......

What are your plans?

I'm truly booking BB this trip. I've put it off because I don't want to waste park time.....but this time I'm doing it......regardless. Thanks for your recommendation. It solidifies our plans. We are planning on BB Thursday early afternoon, Ariel's Grotto (for WOC) on Thursday night, BB on sometime Friday, Minnie and Friends on Saturday morning after spending our early entry in the park (we do this often and love it), and Story Teller's on Sunday morning. I am just barely beginning to plan. My youngest wants to go to ESPN Zone for dinner so she can get the cookie w/ice cream dessert after dinner (it's REALLY good). I want to spend as much time in the parks as possible though so ESPN Zone won't fit into our plans to well...maybe the brownie w/ice cream from GCH room service will suffice? LOL

We did Minnie and Friends breakfast last month and loved it! After viewing pictures though, it looks like the characters are dressed for the holidays during the Christmas time of year. We may go back there...or possibly Goofy's Kitchen again. My family isn't much help, they leave all of this up to me! I'm a planner, my daughters are all like their mother and just like to come along for the ride...

On the other hand, since I am the one paying for everything, I'm inclined to eat all of our breakfasts in the concierge lounge...I don't understand women that well though, so I don't know what they like more...the lounge or character meals...

Ha ha......we always book concierge bu never use it. I'm the "women" so I don't have an answer for you. Personally, I prefer the character meals.....if for no other reason than the kids!!!!!!
