Alaska Cruisers - Fairmont Vancouver Airport Hotel??

Didn't realize the fireworks were now only 3 nights. We haven't been to them in YEARS. We live in the 'burbs now, can't be bothered to drag alllllllll the way downtown with our kids to fight with 300,000+ other people for a spot to see fireworks that last 20 minutes

If you want to play the credit card game, Fairmont offers a credit card that will give you 2 free nights (think the certificates are good for a year) after you spend $X (deal changes from time to time)

My wife and I both did it and got a free night at the Fairmont Airport and two nights at the Fairmont Waterfront - about $1500 worth of free hotel nights.

I booked one night at Fairmont Airport on our debarkation day, when I booked airfair for DS22 from Denver to Seattle they asked if I wanted a hotel, I said yes, how about Fairmont Vancouver Airport. Well got a room for about $250.00 US (that includes taxes)

I have to say a huge thank you to you!! I just booked the fair not Vancouver airport through Southwest Airlines and with taxes and fees paid $266.00 you saved me a lot of money!

To clarify... Vancouver has more than one Fairmont.... choose wisely!

• Fairmont Waterfront (across the street from cruise terminal)
• Fairmont Pacific Rim (3 blocks from cruise terminal)
• Fairmont Hotel Vancouver (7 blocks from cruise terminal)
• Fairmont Vancouver Airport (located next to US departures)... 35 minutes by taxi or subway to cruise terminal

Not this year . We did the 4 night members cruise last August...it was a lot to fun
