I have created a group page on Facebook for us.....you can find it by searching for Mickey's Mooseketeers. Please feel free to join so we can get to know each other better over the next 2 years! This worked out really great for my last cruise. 
As we get plans made, I will post them. Feel free to add any pictures. Once we decide on our official logo, then I can put it on the page also.

Facebook is an acquired taste IMO. And I haven't acquired it - yet!!! TBH I find it very cumbersome and not especially user friendly so I don't frequent it that much at the moment. However, I'm hoping to get more proficient as I use the Mooseketeer page!!!

Facebook is an acquired taste IMO. And I haven't acquired it - yet!!! TBH I find it very cumbersome and not especially user friendly so I don't frequent it that much at the moment. However, I'm hoping to get more proficient as I use the Mooseketeer page!!!

Then I don't feel so bad. You should see me with my iPhone. It is a wonderful device but I can't get the email to work. First I couldn't send emails, then I changed it and now I am not getting incoming emails. That is the mail reason I bought an iPhone, to check my email. I do however know how to download games.
I would love an iphone but just don't use my phone enough to warrant the costs.....I don't know what it's like in the US but here in the UK the monthly fee's are stupidly high for somoeone that sends about 15 texts a week and hardly ever makes calls on it. Oh well I'll have to make do with my itouch.

If you keep an eye out on Quidco, they often have cashback offers for iPhone contracts, Claire. Plus they're shortly going to be available on Orange so expect something of a price war!!!

I'm getting better. I can now send and receive emails. I just have to get it to sync my contacts/calendar on my Outlook. I hardly ever use the phone and never text, but my company gives a discount on the service so the cost isn't too bad.
Problem for me is the shape of the phone doesn't sit comfortably in my rather small hands
CustardTart - I have the opposite problem, my fat fingers find it hard to hit those tiny letters/numbers.

Anyway, I've been taking a look at potential excursions (courtesy of A Nother cruise line...)
Anyway, here are just a few of my faves...
Alaska Bear Adventure.
Ketchikan, Alaska.
Experience the thrill of taking off from the Ketchikan waterfront in a floatplane to one of the finest bear-viewing venues in Alaska. It is then a short van ride to the trailhead, where you will hike a well-maintained trail to the viewing platform overlooking rapids where runs of salmon head upstream to spawn. It is here where black bear gather to feed and bald eagles perch in the surrounding trees waiting for the fish scraps left by the bears. This is an experience for the nature lover and photographer. Access to the area is controlled by the U.S. Forest Service to minimize the impact on the wildlife population and to protect this fragile environment. Flight includes full narration, guaranteed window seating, and an authentic Alaskan Bush Plan certificate.
Coastal Wildlife Cruise.

Join a high speed boat ride in search of black bears, eagles, seals, sea lions, porpoise, orca and humpback whales. In early summer before the salmon arrive wildlife is on the move. Bears come out of the forest to forage on beach grass and dig for clams. Whales, seals, sea lions and eagles follow schools of herring and needlefish. In late summer see how wildlife follows the salmon toward their spawning streams. This tour is designed to give you an opportunity to see a variety of wildlife from a unique, high speed boat specially designed for viewing wildlife. Although bear viewing is the primary objective of this tour, approximately thirty minutes is allocated to viewing eagles, seals, and whales which may be sighted enroute to and from the bear viewing area.
Neets Bay Bear Cruise.

Join a boat ride to remote Neets Bay for the chance to watch black bears feeding on salmon in their native streams and along the beaches. After a narrated drive to Clover Passage, board a high speed boat and travel 34 miles to Neets Bay where your captain will scout the shoreline and you will see where bears catch salmon as they enter their spawning streams. You will stop near a salmon hatchery where it is common to see several bears at once. Your sightseeing will be from the boat, where pictures and video may be taken of the bears, eagles and seals which are also plentiful in this area. Bear sightings are not guaranteed.
Dog Sledding & Glacier Flightseeing.

Combine your helicopter flightseeing tour with one of Alaska's favorite sports - dog sledding on a snow covered glacier. After flying over spectacular glacier sites, land at the dog camp on the Denver Glacier. Experienced guides will introduce you to the world of "mushing" and the art of dog sledding. You have the opportunity to stand on the sled and mush or relax in the sled and observe the breathtaking environment. Meet professional mushers and friendly dogs on this unique Alaskan experience.
Eagle Preserve Rafting Wildlife Quest.

Anyway, Hi, Everyone. Just dropping in real quick. I am in South Dakota right now. I am here with my DH. We are out in the Midwest attending his brother's funeral. This will be the third state that I have stayed in in the past 4 days, Minnesota, North Dakota and now South Dakota. We will be back in Minnesota tomorrow and then we fly home Friday.

I just focused on the wildlife/animal ones, Claire - they were loads more on the *cough* Celebrity website I looked at... My only concern is the expense but it's just $$$, right??!! Maybe if that exchange rate could possible stir it's stumps just a little in our favour we could load up our FairFX cards to the max and be prepared...?
Anyway, back to the million dollar question of when will they release cruise excursions!!??? The 1st Alaska cruise is on May 3 and the Platinum/Concierge cruisers get to book their excursions at 120 days out so the latest could possibly release them would be around Dec 10 2010... I guess there's a chance it may be earlier as they could release them all (including the La to Vancouver Repo) at the same time as the whole Panama Canal/Mexican Riviera shebang..? In which case, my best guess would be circa August 10th 2010... BUT who really knows - only DCL and they won't tell!!!
