With a vacation package from Alaska. Do they send you e tickets and then you turn them in at the ticket window? Do the ticket windows not open till the park? I read somewhere that you could exchange your e-ticket at the turnstille but I don't want to be there and not be able to get in.
I have only used WDT in the past and this is the first time for Alaska. We couldn't get the flight times we needed for WDT.

). Disney immediately handed us a 1-day pass, and told us to call Alaska's 800-number, told us which form they needed, and it would get cleared up that day. It took a quick call and everything was handled. A minor inconvenience at most. Kudos to Disney for not making a big deal out of it and at least letting us in that day until it could get cleared up. And Alaska was very responsive, apologetic, and took care of it right away, so not a big deal.
