Any idea of : What night is the Frozen dinner?

What night the shows are (ie the 3 main "broadway style" shows)?

Also, for online checkin if i pick cash for one cabin they can easily just add a card on embarkation day??

You can check past Navigators here: http://disneycruiselineblog.com/personal-navigators/ That will give you an idea of when/what the various events onboard happened.

Yes, you can specify a "cash" account when doing your online check in and change it to a credit card at check in (or Guest Services, once onboard).
