Alamo v. Avis with Costco Discount and Additional Driver

I currently have 2 car reservations in my hands for my upcoming trip, one for Alamo and 1 for Avis with a Costco code. Same car, Avis's quote is $30 cheaper. Should be a no-brainer, however, the Alamo reservation clearly states that an additional driver is included. Is the additional driver implicit in the Avis quote? If it is not, does anyone know if there is a charge for the extra driver, and if so, what is it?

If I remember correctly, it was about 10 more total. I think that was with Dollar, about 3 years ago. I do know that I got a much better rate using BJ's membership with a code/coupon for a free day extra driver included.
