Alamo Quick Silver?

I have a great rate at Alamo, but have heard there are long lines now that it is the "official" WDW car rental agency. I am a member of National's Emerald Club and also Dollar's Fastlane. Can anyone tell me about Alamo Quick Silver. I can't seem to link from their website?

Quicksilver is pretty much now a perq for business. You can find the link under buiness programs. someone posted a number a week or so ago to use for your corporate ID to get QS. If the search function is up, you can find it that way or go back a week or so.
As to QS at MCO, there is no kiosk, but, supposidly a special line for QS. However, if there is only one attendant on, it could make your wait almost as long, assuming a long line. I have also heard that National will help out the Alamo lines if they are not busy.

if there is only one attendant working, do you go to the quicksilver line and then they would help you next or do you have to go in the regular line with everyone else?

You go to the QS line and they will, hopefully, take you next.
