Use this link to view/modify/cancel: https://v1.alamo.com/. It's a link to the old version of their site (provided to me by an Alamo rep on FB). I have booked variations of reservations on alamo.com and used v1.alamo to cancel them.

I am finally able to do online check-in if I do not use coupon code AF4469SDU or AF5365ODH. My rate goes up at about 10 bucks but I don't mind as long as I am able to bypass the counter.

OMG. Thanks for this link. If customers have to call to modify or cancel they are going to have a ton of unused reservations.
