Alamo is on airport property. The kiosks are just to the left of the service desk. You'll need to stick your credit card or driver's license into the machine and it will read your name and bring up your reservation info. You go through the screens until you get the printed final confirmation, then go to the parking garage to where your size car is - hop in one you like and head to the exit gate. We had a reservation through priceline and was able to use these kiosks.
It's very, very convenient. We used it in February and we were out of there in no time.
Probably not. Generally coupons and "vouchers" (like from a travel package) cannot be used for Kiosks, Express check ins etc. National at MCO will allow you to give the coupons to the agent at the exit gate. That is not actually a nationwide policy and in other airports you may have to stand in line to check out with the coupon.
Hertz will allow it's gold members to give the coupons to the agent when they return the car.
We used the kiosk when we were there for Spring Break. Very easy. Used the Sam's Club corporate code and an Alamo coupon on the ressie--no problems with those and the kiosk.

We used the kiosk and a printed coupon in January. We just had to give the coupon to the attendent in the booth before we left. It was fairly easy to use, just read all the questions carefully.
We used the Walmart code that comes with an additional driver. Do we have to use regular check in, or can we use the kiosk by putting in my drivers license as well as DH? Anyone know?

I called Alamo and they said you can use kiosk with a coupon. Another thread reports a DISer who checked in at kiosk and was never even asked for the coupon at the gate.
