Alamo - Can't get my Entertainment code(s) to work!

Just got my Entertainment Book, but none of the codes it in are giving the great deal on Alamo minivans that I keep reading about. What am I doing wrong?

They must have changed the offer. When you click on it through Entertainment's site it says that it expires March 15th.
