Now renting a SUV $423 thru mousesavers discount code, I think save 20% with a visa and $25 coupon thru your visa. Now does the price stay $423 I think that includes the 20%; and then do you get $25 off at the counter? Or am I thinking Budget rental and they give you the discount at the counter?

With Alamo, the $25 coupon has already been discounted from your rate. With Budget and Avis coupons are applied at the counter.
