Al Sharpton Strikes Again!

I'm sure not everyone is aware of an incident that happened in NYC between the NYPD and Sean Bell.....regardless of what you think about the situation, 2 weeks after the NYPD's verdict came down as not guilty Al Sharpton has 6 places in NYC paralyzed by people on their knees.
I am so sad that the people that already deal with a horrible commute day to day & have had nothing to do with the verdict are stuck in in their cars on the first warm day trying to get home to their families, pick up their kids, have doctors appointments.
We all have the right to protest but do it in a manner that doesn't cause others problems & stress.
I see Sharpton as so self consumed & thoughtless

The field trip my son was soooo looking forward to and the one his dad took off for to go to was cancelled because of this. He was so upset! Listen....the verdit was made, it won't be changed, we had nothing to do with it...so please stop the protests. The only ones you are hurting are innocent people trying to get on with their own lives.

You know when I saw this on the news I kept thinking about the day my mother died. My nephew was literally driving to say goodbye to a dying family member, he made it just in time. If he had encountered something like this, well, I can't even imagine. What about ambulances and other emergency vehicles? To me its a selfish thing on the part of the demonstrators. Many of whom don't even know what they are protesting, they are just along for the ride.

If there is an issue with the verdict, the protest should be aimed at the justice system, not the people of New York. Sharpton seems too ignorant to understand that. I'm not saying whether the verdict should be accepted or not, but this guy doesn't have to keep proving he's dumber than a box of rocks.

Apparently not , they were found not guilty, tragic things happen, they happen everyday, nobody wins in this situation , no cop ever wants to kill anyone.

Do you expect them to stand there and get shot or run over, is a police funeral a better deal for you? Police officers are killed every single day, some for hesitating instead of reacting to a very real threat that could cost them their lives.

I dont recall seeing police officer kneeling in the street when they are executed by criminals, why is that ok?

Dont fool yourself for a second and think al sharpton is not all about al sharpton, anything to get his mug on the TV

Don't think for one minute that someone didn't die today..because an ambulance or emergency vehicle didn't get to them in time. He has a right to protest, but he shouldn't be placing others in harms way..and that is exactly what they are doing. He has a right to protest but not at the expense of others. He's not making any points this way.
