The following is what Al Lutz is reporting; we'll see if these things really come true.
DCA
- Mickeys Fun Wheel to open in late April
- Games of the Boardwalk should be fully open by May
- Orange Stinger to close in late August (to become Silly Symphony Swings by early 2010)
- Mulholland Madness makeover to begin later in the fall
- Beer garden work to begin later in the fall
- World of Color to debut in summer of 2010 (9,000 seat amphitheater)
- Construction of TLM (The Little Mermaid: Ariels Adventure) to begin in April ($100 million E-Ticket to open in 2011)
- DCA entrance to be ready in May 2012
- Cars Land construction to begin in late 2009 ($400 million project to have Radiator Springs Racers E-Ticket and two C-Tickets)
- Phase Two for DCA is penciled in for 2014 (remake MuppetVision Theater, theming of Hollywood Blvd, additions to Hyperion Theater, remake Condor Flats and Grizzly Peak area into a Teddy Roosevelt era National Park)

- Revamped Star Tours 2.0 may debut in summer of 2011 (The changes to the Astro Orbitor are meant to let it blend in with the updated Star Tours. AO is going to be painted silver and blue, and later in 2009 the AO will also get some mechanical refurbs. Al Lutz says that someday AO will be moved to be high atop the PeopleMover Station.)
- The headphones for Abe Lincoln show will be removed.
- Bank of Main Street to become the new Disney Gallery (with more space than the original gallery had in NOS)
- Remember Dreams Come True fireworks (last show in spring)

- DLH the three towers to stay pretty much intact towers to be renovated one at a time
