I have started my research with purchasing a new contract at either AKV or CCV.
I have laid out a couple of pros and cons for each that I can think of at this time.
However I would love to hear everyone's opinions.
Animal Kingdom Villas
Pros
- Low point chart
- Love the theme of the resort
- We have stayed here many times (Jambo & Kidani) and have always had a great time
- I love that this resort makes you feel secluded from the rest of the parks
Cons
- Bus transportation has been rough at times
- If your room is at the end of the loop at Kidani or Jambo the walk will feel never ending
Copper Creek Villas
Pros
- Point chart is better then the other MK resorts
- Inside the main lodge
- Love the theme of the Wilderness Lodge
Cons
- Point chart is not as low as AKV
- 1 bedroom is a max of 4 people
With both resort we would be looking at purchasing somewhere between 100-125 points
AKV would be via resale
CCV would be direct
I wasn't really considering Boulder Ridge mainly due to the shorter length on the contract.
I appreciate everyone's feedback!
