AKV Points - How much?

Does anyone know what the current price is to add on points at AKV? (price per point)

Is AKV considered a better buy through Disney or resale now? I've read that the incentives for BLT make it a good buy through Disney but it seems that all other resorts are cheaper through resale. Does that hold true for AKV too?
