AKV Jambo Standard Studio Room Request Help

We just got our online check-in info and am looking for suggestions on what to request. We've only stayed in Value and Savanna studios in the past so not sure what boxes to check on the Standard Studio to get the best possible room (re: no parking lot view!).

Choices are:
Upper Floor
Lower Floor
Kudu Trail View
Near Elevator
Near Lobby

Selecting either Upper Floor or Lower Floor is a waste as all Jambo House DVC Units (except Concierge Level) are on the 5th Floor. DVC Concierge Level is on the 6th floor.
The majority of the Jambo House Standard Views will be along the Zebra Trail facing the Uzima Pool. Some of the Standard Views used to be Savanna Views, but were reclassified due to limited views of the Savanna.

Thanks! The point about the floors confirmed what I remembered (it's been a few years since we've stayed here as we've tried out a few other DVC resorts).

So based on that info, the only requests that are really pertinent to our room designation would be "close to lobby" and "close to elevator"? Are there any standards on the Kudu Trail?

Those online requests were designed for Disney hotel rooms rather than DVC. DVC room requests are better made by the member's calling Member Services and ignoring that section of the online check-in. As noted high or low floor is a useless request. Near elevator or lobby really does not accomplish much with standard view. The one of possible use is Kudo Trail view because the only standard vews along that trail are savanna view rooms that were converted to standard because the view was considered not good enough and thus you may have a chance of getting one of those if you request Kudo Trail
