AKV GV Availability

How hard will it be to book a Grand Villa for 6 nights in Dec 09 ( week before Christmas) at the 11 month booking window? Will the day I begin the trip (weeknight vs weekend) impact 6 days of availability when I try to book?

Any tips?

I think a general rule is the higher points on weekends usually make GV's more available (on a weekend) I'm not sure how the holiday affects that theory, though.

Subscribing as we are hoping to book at GV at AKV on 12/24/09 and 12/25/09 at 11 month window. I hope we both get what we want!
