AKV Contract -Is this a scam???

I'd like to add my thanks to each and everyone of you for your great advice, for taking the 'sting' out of a potentially worrying situation and for taking the time to respond to my concerns.

Its not a scam.
Its legitimate and 3 'add on' identical contacts from the same seller.

You can see how this could be misconstued!!!
