AKV Concierge question

I have a reservation for April. I have attempted to make contact since no one has contacted me. There isn't much I want--just a reservation to Jiko for a party fo four. I have emailed old address--nothing bounced back to me but no response, emailed new address got an answer that no ne had any information on us, but if I could email my info they could set up an ADR for us. I immediately replied and got no other answers. Next, I resent the information and still no response, even asked to simply confirm reciept of info. Now what should I do? Really the ADR is no biggie either way I could even make my own for that matter. More of a concern to me is that 1. they had no informatin for me and 2. I thought the issue was resolved, but then never heard back.

I wonder if they are very busy with e-mails? I sent and e-mail on Tuesday and still have not heard back from anyone. I thougt the IPO service was better than this.

April 17-20, after our cruise--I didn't want to go home too soon so adding a few days after could extend my vacation!
