AKV Concierge level

If a member was selling points for a studio CL, how much do you think for each point it would cost?
A friend of mine is looking to rent and asked about CL. Thanks.

I believe that most point rentals are in the $10 to $13 per point range. I don't believe that Concierge Level at AKV should be any higher than the current range as it already takes more points per night to reserve.

Well, the member making the reservation must call as soon as MS opens exactly at 11 months out to get the AKV Concierge villa (only five two bedroom lockoffs). So they could be justified in asking for more per point.
