It is not necessary to make another request but you might want to consider asking for a room overlooking Arusha (or even Uzima) savanna. The other savanna, sunset, is where Kidani is being built and though you will overlook the savanna you would also be looking at construction on the other side. Arusha is the savanna in the middle of the U of the U-shaped building and Uzima is the one on the right side of that U.
Be aware the pool is open 24 hours (lifeguard is not there at night).
Highly recommend Boma's (the buffet restaurant). Also, like Jikos (its wine list takes a long time to read) but it is more upscale and quite expensive.
One of you should inform hotel personnel/manager that you are on honeymoon (sometimes a nice little gift like a fruit basket shows up as a result).
