Views can be savannah, pool or parking lot. Lower point cost is due to the rooms being smaller than others. Only a limited number are available, meaning they are likely to be reserved early in the 11 month window, and there will be no values in the new Kidani building.

They are less expensive than the other booking categories at AKV because they are smaller rooms. They are located along the front of the resort so the views will be parking lot, pool or the Sunset Savanna. The AKV Accommodations page lists the rooms sizes. For Jambo House, there is a range listed for each room type. The smaller number in the range is for the Value villas.

The Value villas open on Dec 1st so no one has seen one yet. Based on the floor plans, the bathroom and kitchen(ette) areas are the same as the larger Jambo House villas. The difference will be in the bedroom and living areas. Over on the Mousecellaneous board there are a few trip report threads with photos of Jambo House villas. You will have to imagine what the living and sleeping areas would look like if those areas were 3-4 feet shorter than what you see in the photos.

I forgot to mention one very important difference between the Value villas and the other Jambo House villas and that is the occupancy. The Value villas do not have the sleeper chair in the living area of the 1BR/2BR villas that the non-Value villas have. So the occupancy numbers for Value studios, 1BRs and 2BRs are 4, 4, and 8, whereas the occupancy numbers for the larger villas are 4, 5 and 9.
