Anyone stay in one of these rooms recently? Does it detract from the overall experience? Is there much constuction noise/construction mess seen/heard from these rooms?

i think you will be fine - it will either be a parking lot view or bad swimming pool view.

the construction is on the other side of the resort and effects SV more than anything.
