AKL Spa

Has anyone ever had a massage at the AKL spa? If so, how was it? I had one last year at the Disney Institute and the whole experience was FANTASTIC and I guess maybe I'm looking for a comparison.

I haven't experienced a massage at the AKL spa, I think you will get some great advice about this topic if I move this to our resorts board for you.

What are the rates for the massages?

I got the following from AKL:

Swedish massage -

25 minutes - $50
50 minutes - $75
75 minutes - $125
Upgrades (??) - $15

The sports massage and aromatherapy is a bit more

I believe she said 30 days out and they need a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Maybe I'll see ya at the spa!!!!

i had my very 1st massage EVER at AKL in april. it was a wonderful experience. i dropped into the spa on a tues, and was able to make an appointment for thurs. i was a little nervous but they put me at ease and i ended up booking the 50min massage and am glad i did enjoy

I've had one done at both places and prefer the AKL, they are also a bit cheaper! You will love it either place-
