akl savannah view questions

we have decided to request a room with a view of arusha savannah that is not too far from the lobby. i'm thinking that a 2nd or 3rd floor room would have closer views of the animals. what would you guys suggest?? also, has anyone had issues with too much hallway noise with a room close to the lobby since obviously there is more foot traffic?? thanks for your input!!

I would go for 4th or 5th floor. 2nd is definately too low IMO.

Too close to the animals won't allow you to see beyond them. A little higher up will get you a nice, mostly unobstructed view, of the entire savannah.

PS- We have never had a noise problem at AKL.
