AKL - Room Service

We're thinking of doing early room service breakfast on our patio to watch the animals. Is the food any good? Is it worth ordering an entire breakfast or should be just skip it and eat in the parks?

We did a room service continental breakfast and it was fun to eat on the balcony and watch the animals. We are early morning people and love being up as the sun comes up and it was just peaceful and very nice. We enjoyed it. We ordered a breakfast for each of us and next time we will just order one as it was waaay too much for us, several croissants and pastries, coffee and juice. And we are hearty eaters.

We ordered room service from AKL and it was good, it was very hot!! As compared to when my DH went to the Mara and brought breakfast up, it was cold, Yuck!! But he brought me Zebra Domes for my dessert(we were using extra Dining Plan counter-service), so that made up for it!

The food is as good as in any of the restaurants, delivery is prompt, and you don't have to wait in any lines. Well worth it for us.
