AKL reg room?

Hi,

Looks like we are going to be in a regular savanna view room for our upcoming Jan 05 trip since the AP rate on the Concierge Room went up over a $100 a night.

So I have a few questions.

1. I know I can request a coffeemaker from housekeeping but do they clean it or provide product like the Dolphin does?

2. What about internet access?

3. Do all of the regular rooms have the fridges installed?

Is there a business center? I'd like to check-in and be able to print a boarding pass for our return flight.

Is the fitness center free to resort guests? I've stayed here three time already but never went to the fitness center but now I try for the gym everyday. The only way to eat those zebra domes without gaining a pound a day or MORE!

1. Don't know about coffeemakers from Mousekeeping (we used refillable mugs and ordered pots of Kenya AA)

2. Data ports on phone for Internet use.

3. No fridge in rooms

I was more interested in ptinting out a boarding pass. We could bring the laptop but need some way to print. I thought I saw a business center at AKL behind the check-in area but I might be confusing this with Royal Pacific. Anyone know for sure if there is anyway to print out passes unless the datport has printing ability.

Data port does not have printing capability unless you bring your own computer AND printer. But I think you knew that since you mentioned bringing laptop. I have never needed business center since we are there on vacation and I always leave the office at the office when I go on vacation. The best thing to do is to call the AKL directly and ask them what your options will be. You may be better to print the boarding passes before you leave if you can.

To second other questions: No fridges in regular rooms; don't drink coffee so I don't know about coffee makers, but my guess is that they probably clean them between guest and not on a daily basis.
