Does anyone know how shipping to the resort works at AKL? As Canadians, it's tempting to buy products from US stores (i.e. Amazon.com) and have the item shipped to our Disney hotel for us to pick up when we arrive? Is this allowed/permitted? Does anyone have any experience with this?

I am Canadian as well and placed a few orders One has been delivered, the other is en route, we wil be there in 12 days!!! You just have to include your Guest Reservation number in the one address line. We ship things each time we visit disney! Saves lots of shipping costs and prices! I ordered Old Navy and Crazy 8 this time Have fun!

Hi everyone!!!! We are 12 days out!! OMG we are so excited!!! it's my friend and sons first time ever at Disney, I can't wait to experience that first time magic through their eyes again!

A quick question I am hoping someone will know, does the gift shop sell hair mousse?? My BFF has incredible tight curly hair and needs oodles, travel sizes that we can take on the airplane just won't cut it!! Hoping they have herbal essenses or dove, but will consider almost anything lol. Thank you!

Our dates changed - we just returned. Our trip was fabulous, other than a minor hiccup - the room we checked into initially was so stinky gross (emesis) that even after cleaning and airing out, we couldn't stay there. So we were upgraded to club level b/c there were no other 1 bdrms available.

Club level was awesome and now DH wants it every time! Sad part, was we lost our savannah view - but since we were on the 1st floor - pool level - we could somewhat see animals from our room.

And, the best part of our trip? I got to try a zebra dome! They had gluten-free zebra domes for us and they were spectacular!

In May, POFQ only had gel. I had forgotten my hair products at home and had horrible hair for that short trip...

What floor should I request on my online check in? I am going back and forth between 1st and 3rd. We will have a pool view room. I know not all requests are guaranteed, but every time I make one, it is honored. I was even thinking of room 1026 based on the Touring plans website picture, but am still unsure.

What's your goal? It looks like the first floor contains 16 pool room views and 4 standard view rooms. So if you request 1st floor, there aren't a lot of rooms which could fulfill your request. I wouldn't request a particular room without letting them know why you want that room, otherwise if that room isn't available they won't have anything to go on if they try to please you.

I would like to have the best pool view possible. I have read somewhere that the third floor views are better but from looking at the Touringplans website, most of the views are obstructed by trees. Location or noise levels aren't that important, I am just hoping for an awesome view of the pool without trees and other things blocking my view.

All our fastpass+ are done and down to 57 days until our vacation ... So excited to stay at AKL for the first time : ) I know everyone feels this way but I personally could use this vacation (( nice ))

Does any one know if there are Club level bunk bed rooms? We will be at AKL Club level Nov 6-12 for the Wine and Dine Half Marathon. My 2 year old just moved into a "big boy" twin bed. It would be nice to have bunk beds so that he doesn't have to adapt to a queen bed on vacation.
