Just wanted to pop in and say hi! Hope everyone has good Jambo power lately
I am down to 18 days until Kidani and I am soooo excited!!!!
I am up to 5 weeks and 2 days since I quit smoking
And I am up to 5 miles walking a day with a little RUNNING mixed in.![]()
Wow! Good for you! I bet this trip will be so much easier for you if you're now in great shape for all the running around in the parks!







) I find it is a wonderful exercise. You don't need a lot of equipment, I can actually just start to run in front of my door, and I find that when I keep it up regularly I can really see that I am getting fitter! I never thought that I would be runner at all, but when I got started and had figured out that trick is not to run too fast, I started to enjoy it a lot. And it is a good opportunity to listen to WDW podcasts!!
ohhhhh, soooo, it's gotta come 'LOOSE' before you can actually lose it.....
so THAT'S what I'm doing wrong....
