Continental breakfast with cereals, bagels etc. in the mornings.
Snacks go out around 11 am. Things like goldfish crackers, cookies etc. Maybe some tea sandwiches as well but I don't recall for certain when they were out.
Then around 5pm hot appetizers are out and later it's time for desserts and cordials.
Views can be either Savanna or Pool - neither are guaranteed so you don't know what you'll end up with. Here's a couple of pics of our pool view. I actually like being high up and having the cover of the overhangs.
You can get a glass of wine in the evening which we enjoyed.
The downfall for me in the food department were the potato chips. I can usually pass, but not these. I thought they were delicious.
We've done the Sunset and Sunrise safaris as CL guests and in September we'll be doing the Wildlife Discovery Excursion, so that will cover all of those special things that you can book with CL. However, I think we will still be doing CL sometimes. They booked a dinner for us and friends at Le Cellier for our upcoming September visit which is during Free Dining and saved me the hassle of having to get it myself.
There was some sort of mixup in our reservation, so we had a savannah view room on the 5th floor with the lounge included.
I really enjoy staying in Jambo and the view of the lobby from up high is spectacular.
We have stayed ACV Concierge twice and LOVED it! I'm posting a link to my first trip report (with pictures) from a year ago.
I haven't posted pics from this year, but we stayed an entire 7 days in April in a Savanna View room (view of Sunset Savannah and Kidani). Completely enjoyed our stay, loved the Sunrise Safari, and felt completely spoiled with the endless treats.
There is a one BR with a rollin shower. None of the studios on the sixth floor have a roll in shower. We had a 2 BR for one of our stays there and our DD needs a roll in. MS told me more than once that the roll in would be only in the master bath and so it was. The studio has a tub.
