I just made a 10:55am ADR for my family on Dec. 1 and I have a few questions. According to Allears Belle, Jasmine, Snow White, Princess Aurora (Sleeping Beauty), Mulan, and Mary Poppins may appear. So if those are the princesses that may appear, just how many do they have wandering around the restaurant? How does a Family Style meal work?

We did dinner there but it sounds the same.

While you're sitting at the table, the princesses come out of a door at the far end of the restaurant (the wing going toward Malstrom) one at a time over the course of about 10 or 15 minutes. One comes out, visits with the first few tables (one at a time), then another comes out. They cycle so that if you miss them when you come in, they'll hit you next time around. Not sure how they keep track of it, but they hit every table and you get personal time with each of them

One princess (usually Belle) will do the photo op for your picture package and doesn't come to the tables. Three or four others roam the restaurant.

We had breakfast at Akershus back in September. First you have your picture taken with Belle before being seated. The picture is included, you get 1 8x10 and 4 4x6. Once you are seated, your waiter will come take your drink orders and then you can visit the cold buffet which has danish, fruit, and cheeses. A hot platter of food will be brought to the table. It includes, bacon, sausage, potato casserole, and scrambled eggs. You can have more of anything you want.
The Princess' make their way around and visit each table. When we were there we saw Ariel, Snow White, Cinderella, and Aurora. Those characters could change.
Our DD4 just loved it. She is a big princess fan and as soon as she saw Ariel (her favorite) she coundn't sit still!
We really enjoyed it.

Akershus has been our best character interaction EVER (and we've done several including CRT, CP and CM's) We did the lunch and EVERYONE--even Grandpa and Dad enjoyed seeing the princesses up close and personal.

My family LOVES Akershus... The meal is family style, with large portions served at the table for all to share, but there is also a buffet area with breads, fruit, and other cold items.

I actually looked back at my photo pass photos from January and the "roaming" princesses were: Cinderella, Snow White, Aurora, and Ariel... The photo-op Princess at the entrance was Belle! (A photo package is included)

If you're looking for one-on-one interaction with princesses, this is better imo than CRT.

We loved Askerhaus!! My DD (3) loves the princess' and we had a door right by where they come in. We saw Belle, Cinderella, Alice, Mary Poppins, Snow White, and Jasmine. They spent so much one on one time at each table and included everyone. It was worth every penny. The food was really good too.

It realy didn't take too long... It's not like we were waiting around after we were finished eating to meet them all, they just appeared periodically throughout the meal. From check-in until the time we left we probably spent 1-1.5 hours.

We'll see you there. My kids are going to wear shirts that I'm going to make them that say Prince in Training Hugs and Kisses Welcome and Princess in Training Hugs and Kisses Welcome. They were made by Tebi73 for me.
