We took our daughter in 2019. The princesses were great but we thought the food was TERRIBLE! We will not be returning next month. Still holding out for 1900 Park Fare.

Oooooh this makes things challenging for my February trip. I only have one Epcot reservation planned in the hopes the Garden Grill breakfast returned, but if I can do Akershus and not spend a billion dollars on CRT, I might have to do that instead....

I don’t think the difference in price between CRT and Akershus is all that much.

Excited to see it back. But no mention of the smorgasbord (cold buffet of meats, cheeses, and salads). We always loved that as part of the meal to start. I do look forward to the meatballs though. Sad they have Americanized so much of the menu though.

We loved the buffet too. I even liked the weird brown cheese. Funny, the one dish neither DH nor I ever liked was the meatball.

I will be watching early reviews too. It is not on my list for my solo trip in March, but I will want for September of next year most likely. The Smorgasbord not coming back would most likely make it a NO from me too. I love Swedish meatballs (my mom makes amazing ones), but I like the touch of lingonberry with the ones they have at Akershus.

The website says check back Oct. 24th for reservations. We have a mid December trip and I would love to snag a reservation.

Anyone have a sense of when I should be on to try and get first crack?

I stayed up late too, to make sure the reservations didn't drop at midnight... Now I'm afraid to get in the shower and miss the drop

I went to a murder mystery event and then came home and watched the finale of House of Dragon. I have had four hours sleep

I did the same thing! Then couldn’t see an option to make reservations load until 6:20 but immediately no availability. It makes me think they didn’t actually load them into the system. Ugh.

Maybe. Or, some people were able to access them at 6:00 am, and booked all the reservations? Who knows? Frustrating though.
