I have never eaten at either of them....am curious now about where I would go.

I feel that when you are choosing between a character meal vs. a non-character, it's apples to oranges. Really hard to compare. That said....

I have to pick Akershus. Better value for your dining plan credit (assuming you are using it!) - characters, plus photo package! From the opinion of our family - better food. Plus, it's fun taking that walk back to Norway before the World Showcase is open!
