AK to Sanaa and back.

We have a midday lunch at Sanaa. What is bus transport like between the two? Would driving that day be best so we can dash between the two? I'm not familiar with that park, resort area, etc.

Bus transport only takes a few minutes going to and from AK to AKL.

Yep! Bus transport is super fast and easy. Be sure to get off at Kidani Village, which is where Sanaa is.

It might take more time to get to your car, leave the parking lot, then get back to the parking lot, get to the front gate, etc., than just taking the bus.

We had an early dinner at Boma and went to the AK after. The bus ride was very quick. When leaving AKL we just missed a bus to AK but another one came along less than 10 minutes later. AKL is also the first spot they pick up/drop off at the bus stop, closest to the gate at AK, so the walk is very short. I think driving would take longer if you had to walk out to the parking lot.
