The last time we were at WDW there were no live CM's during our Safari Ride (except our driver ). Where did they go?

"Little Red's ok" has been gone for a couple of years. Not worth the expense, I suppose.

I remember the guy standing there with a gun. Probably not a fun job just to stand there and wait for vehicles to come by, spout one line and then repeat the same thing. Waste of money if you ask me.

Anyone see the "poacher's JEEP" anymore?

It was a full-scale "jeep" mechanical effect that "raced by in the thicket" as your Safari vehicle started its high-speed route near the "geysers".

I saw it many times when DAK was first open (along with the CM near "little red's" truck). Then it "disappeared" for a long time.

Then, in the spring of 2005, it was THERE again, but in late January 2006 it was unseen again.

I still hear the AUDIO TRACK of the Warden Wilson M.'s "plane engine" and the "rat-tat-tat" of the gunfire, but I don't SEE the Jeep.

Too many "maintenance problems" perhaps?
