Ok. I couldn't find beads I liked to make my altered paper clips. Sorry everyone. So I am making a library pocket and tag (still using my bone bead. ) I have them designed - just need to print and assemble. Should be pretty soon. Maybe today.

I like the pocket & tag! It's like getting two whole different elements to use on page. Sorry you couldn't go with your first choice, but only because you are sad about it.

party of 3--for a double-matted tag, I just cut it at 4 inches (usually) on the George cartridge (it's the shift button and then K). That's the tag, and then turn the shadow feature on and use the shift button and then the K button (leaving it at 4), and that makes the back. I think AWM's directions made more sense than mine!

bearbear--I've got to work on mine this week, too. I have my paper and ideas, but inspiration is just not there yet!!

Mickster--I can't wait to see the bone bead wherever you use it! I know it'll look great!!

AWM you're the bomb!!!!!! i did it, i did it!!!!!!!!!!

i had complete anxiety over this thing. i broke out my cricut, which i only used once, but i did it. but stupid me used my swap paper thinking i could do it on the 1st shot! WRONG! i only had 2 pieces of it too! i have NO idea where i got it, but loved it and i managed to get enough of what i needed even with all the mess ups!!!!!

i gonna post a pic so you can tell me if it looks ok or not. i also want to add either a eyelet or fiber on the top of the tags let me know what you think would look better.

oh and do i post the pic here or somewhere else????

Holly those are sooo cute!!!! I like the tag, the way the top layer is cut differently. Great job, I don't know what you were so worried about.

thanks buffy! maybe i should take a pic of my swap area so you can see how many of the butterfly one's i messed up just trying to get the butterfly in the right spot. OMG!

I can't tell you how much paper I messed up forgetting to cut the first sheet right so it would align up the right way. Poor Tinkerbell was upside down on the second tag. Had to get more paper to cut it right.

I love the work on the file folder.

i have to make 2 tags per person, so if you think ladybugs what color tag do you think??? i don't want to use red or black because then they just blend in. so what colors do you guys think????
