AK in the evening with EMH and Food

Does anyone know if the food places are open during evening EMH at AK, we are planning to be there, and I want to make sure that we will be able to get something to eat, or I will have a very cranky family.

I have had my own meltdown at AK since the restaurants usually close earlier than the parks. Here's the info from www.allearsnet.com

In January during EMH a couple of the snack carts, the Jakarandi (sp?) Chicken Shack and RainForest were open, both Tusker and Flame were closed. I don't know about the other restaurants as we didn't go by them. We were disappointed as we wanted to eat at Tusker.

I would recommend eating at Flame tree BBQ while at AK evening EMH. That's what we are doing.
