Are any of the food options open during the daily extra morning hours at Animal Kingdom?

What time does the Joffrey’s Kiosk at the entrance open?

Our AK day, like that of many other visitors, is going to have a very early start. We will have light breakfast items in the room but wondered what my options will be for additional coffee along the way.
