Regarding the comments to show up early at TH: TH won't even look up your reservation until 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival. So there's no point in going there a half hour early and thinking you'll be seated. You'll be told to wait and come back in 15 minutes to check in. At least that's been my experience every single time I've gone to TH.
Also, to think the TH meal will be over in an hour--maybe not. First of all, you may wait to be seated no matter when you arrive. And you might want to spend time there, make sure you and your kids enjoy the characters and the food, etc.
Because of the above, if your schedule were mine, I'd rope drop EE and change the TH reservation to 10 am. Then the safari and FoP FP+s will be fine.
BTW, it's often quite easy to get your 4th FP+ for Na'vi River Journey. And it's possible to get your 4th FP+ for FoP as well. I know, because I've done both.
If you're going to be in DAK in the evening, keep in mind that the posted standby wait times for both FoP and NRJ are more and more exaggerated the closer it gets to park closing. If FoP says it's a 90-minute wait and the park closes in an hour, the wait's probably more like 20 or 30 minutes, max. Same with NRJ. NRJ, btw, is often a walk-on close to park close.
Enjoy DAK and remember to just walk around and stare at everything. The place is quite beautiful. It's my favorite WDW park (if you couldn't tell). Also, I love both TH and Y&Y. I think you've made great choices. Have a wonderful day at DAK!

I had no idea Sanaa had a QS option for breakfast!
That’s great news. I will keep Boma in case but move it if we decide to sleep in now that we’ve got Sanaa as an option.
If it looks good to him, we’ll go for it. A couple things look okay but nothing really rocks my world. What’s incredible there?
I watched a partial video of ROL last night and I think its looks good; relaxing and pretty.
