AK Busses only start running one hour before park opens?

Hi there,
I don't know if this is the right place to ask this question...but is it true that AK busses only start running from resorts one hour before the park opens?

I wanted to make a PS for breakfast for before the park opened up so that we would be done intime for the opening and the CM at Dining told me that if we are using WDW transportation then we would have to make our PS for 9:00 or after (the park opens at 9)

Can anyone tell me if the busses actually run earlier then 8am?

Buses for the purpose of Character Breakfasts will start running 45 minutes prior to the first seating time. Just look for the theme park area that you are going to, and make sure to let the driver know which breakfast you are going to.

Buses for the purpose of Theme Park admission will start running one hour prior to park opening, including EE days.

For some reason, it is stuck in thier computer system that transportation will not run. It *DOES* run, always has run, and always will run.
