AK and the other parks on Travel Channel today -07/01

I just saw that AK park will be on the travel channeel today at 4 pm ET, and at 7 pm ET they are showing MK, Epcot and MGM. Thought I would post for everyone.

Thanks for the info. We are leaving Thursday to take our 5 yr old DD down for the first time and she would LOVE to see a little preview...

Hi Tiff54,

Don't know if you have time for this, or if your library carries it, but the best thing we found to prepare our DD for AK was the "Sing Along Songs: Animal Kingdom" video.

It is great to get them ready for the park! It shows all the main attractions and she loved the songs. It even got her excited for the parade, which I didn't think she would enjoy at all.

I'm so glad the AK one is on at 4pm - before DH comes home. He feels I am way scary with all this Disney stuff!

Also, they have the Disney Cruise Line at 9:00, and the rating of several cruise ships, including Disney Wonder, at 8:00. And I know it's too late, but this morning Samantha Brown had a 1 hr. special on America's best Family Friendly resorts-I think Y&B and WL were included. There's a Travel Channel TV website, don't know if that show is scheduled to air again. Hope we have lots of "TV watching" snacks in the house.

I'm always glad my daughter has baseball games on Tuesday, cause there is never anything on TV on Tuesday, we usually end up watching the Travel Channel and Food Channel.

My family will roll their eyes and I will be in WDW TV Land!

I know how you feel! We JUST started getting the Travel Channel here and I used to be so upset when people would post about all the great shows. I would make my friend TiVo them I watched TC all day today
