AK/7 AM EMH/RD During Presiden't Week

We used the "RD the am EMH park, take a mid-day resort/pool break, hop to another park late day/evening and use our FP+ strategy" for this same week last year. It worked great and we rode all the headliners at all the parks. When Disney updated park hours recently, AK now has a 7 AM EMH opening during our visit over President's week. Earliest RD last year we utilized was for an 8 am opening. We could ride EE over and over and be happy with our day, (just me and DD 16 so single rider too) but would like to get in Dino and maybe a couple other lower tier rides. We will have done the Safari, Kali and some shows earlier in the week. Should we drag ourselves out of bed to arrive at 7 am for RD to mainly ride EE? And if we don't and still go to AK for 8am, will we be sorry? We have a 10:30 ADR at Tusker on the day I am asking about. I'm pretty sure I know what majority will say, but just wanting some reassurance before deciding on definitely getting a teen up and out that early! We could completely change to another park, but being just over 30 days, FP+ changes could be a problem.
