AirTran & Upgrading to Business Class

I just checked in for my AirTran flight tomorrow. I decided to upgrade to Business Class for an early Christmas gift to myself.

Question: does that mean I can check my bag for "free?" I'm only flying down Friday night (late) to Sunday afternoon, so I'll only have a carry on, but I hate lugging it through the airport. And it's more out of principle that I don't pay the bag fee if I can help it.
