I know that SWA acquired AT, but I havent been keeping up on the transition process. Per the AirTran web site, their schedule was recently extended through Jan 2014 and the next schedule extension will be in June. I tried looking up BUF to MCO for 11/14 on the AirTran web site, and no AirTran flights come up. All of the ones that come up are on SWA, and none can be booked through the AT web site. When I look at the SWA web site, it shows all the same SWA flights and a few AT flights on that date, but it shows all of the AT flights as sold out.
Is it safe to assume this AT route is being phased out? AT flights for the same route were still available through 11/1, prior to the schedule extension. Is it possible that its still too early for the AT November flights to be out? Id hate to book a flight on another airline that Im not thrilled about, and then have AT release their schedule at a later date.
Thanks for any info!
