Airport to International Drive Transportation

I am considering renting a van/limo/etc. to pick up my group at MCO. We will be attending a conference, and there will be 7 or 8 of us.

I tried FLTours, because they advertise on this site, but I'll be paying with company money, and I don't want to deal with an office that has an answering machine answering their business phone. I'm sure they're great, but I can't take a chance with not being able to get them if I have a problem.

Also, I read that they don't take credit cards, and I require that in case there's any kind of a problem.

Has anybody else used one of the transportation companies in a business setting (conferences, etc.). I don't need to have all of these people standing at the airport.

I'm also considering renting a minivan for simplicity's sake.

I've used Quicksilver Tours for a group of 7 and they were exceptional. I believe they take credit cards but I'm not positive about that.

I think you might want to call Mears. They have vans etc. and meet all your other requirements. Most of these other companies are NOT staffed 24/7 and lots of the don't take credit cards.

Mears is used to dealing with things like this.
