Have never used a car service to & from Pearson. I know @ pre-arranging the pickup from home. What happens for the trip FROM Pearson to home when we return if the flight is late? Are you charged excessive waiting fees? What are your past experiences with a delayed flight? Sorry for the silly question. TIA.

I always pre-arrange going to the Airport!

On the return I just wing it! After we get outside, I grab the first vehicle waiting there!

Same here - I think you just to to the "Limo" section and wait for the next available limo - they just keep circling through so you should not have any problems getting a car ...

We have used the same limo company the last few times we have travelled, and this time I gave the driver the return information, and when we landed I went to the concierge, and they phoned the driver to tell him we had arrived. Reserved limos sit in a seperate area, and show up about 2 minutes later.
It cost an additional $10.00, it is what the airport charges them, but there was no waiting in what appeared to be a very large line.
I can provide more details if you wish.

I have to call the limo company tomorrow for our March break trip. We wing it on the way home too. Always works. S

Janet ~ what Limo company did you call? I'll call them tomorrow. Thanks! Sandra :woohoo:

I always use Airline Limo ~ 416 675 3638

They have my info on file so all I give them is the time and terminal!LOL

Thanks Janet ~ Our flight is scheduled to depart at 7:30pm. I assume we have to be at the airport at 4:30pm. We live 20 minutes [in good traffic] west of Pearson. I'll try to get a 3:45pm pick up! YIPPEE! Thanks! Sandra :cool1:

I never wing it on the way home. I'm so paranoid that the limo driver will try to rip us off because we're winging it. LOL

I always arrange for pickup. Legitimate limo drivers sit in a waiting area at the airport. When you arrive, you go to the guy at the booth (there's a booth outside with a dispatcher) and he asks who you're waiting for. You tell him and he calls the limo driver and he comes to pick you up. The limo drivers are monitoring the flights too so if your flight is 3 hours late, he should know and will not be waiting 3 hours for you.

Does any limo offer car-seat for toddlers (2 years old), or they don't need to have one? I guess if they are fully licensed (like a taxi), you don't need a car-seat
