Airmiles updated their app, but still won't load the first page for me. Disappointing!

This happens to me all the time.
So far I have been able to get it to work by restarting my phone,,, not sure it will help but I thought I'd mention it.

Yup, a few extra each week would be a treat and so easy! Said it before and will say it again, this is brilliant.

So can you share yet what your DD will be performing in? Which ship she will be on? Will she also be a character? I hope she has the time of her life, this is such an adventure! Good for her.

In todays grocery shopping adventure I scored 14 receipts.....4 from the cart thing right beside my car when I arrived, 5 from the cart pile inside the store and the rest I grabbed from a little tour of the parking lot. Then my own which has several eligible items. I have not looked at a single one yet, so no idea if there is anything.

Yes, I have some info. She is going back to the same ship again. Until rehearsals start she won't know 100% what she is doing but she has been contracted as a dancer this time. She is not mainstage but should understudy several of those roles. There are some things going on that are really off about how it usually works which is partially why she doesn't know exactly what she's doing. The assumption is that she is still doing characters but what she should be doing in her height range seems to be in question.

LOL....the cursing and banging around that is happening upstairs right now is next level. The bags are both now at 55lbs

I’ve been watching flights for our Christmas cruise on AM and they’ve been pretty expensive, I only had enough for 2 of us. I checked this afternoon and they dropped so much that I suddenly had enough for all 4 of us! So if you’re traveling at Christmas, it’s worth checking to see if what you need is a more reasonable amount!

I see a spend 40 get 40 Airmiles at Global Pet on my phone APP but when I click on it to opt in it says try again later.
It was suppose to start 11/07/2024,

So my receipt haul is going great so far. In this weeks installment I had a few that had nothing on them but the others are a total of 143 if all go as planned. So far 80 have posted and the rest is sitting in 'inquiry'. One receipt has 2 of the 11 mile yogurts! That posted immediately.


Today is the day that DD goes! She gave up Friday on trying to finish packing...it's 95% done but there are a few things that she just tossed in a pile. Her bags are totally filled with no space to spare and she took out a few things to get them both down to 47lbs. She does need to squeeze in those things in the pile but I think it will be fine. I ordered her some compression packing cubes that I think she is going to try for her carry on. I did a test run last night and got 2 sweaters and 6 shirts inside one and it compressed down to less than 3". The carry on is really the biggest issue right now...she has to carry a lot to be able to start work right away. She also bought a new backpack that she thought was bigger than what she had but it's not going to work. Her BF has one that she was going to take but his brother helped himself to it and then left it somewhere. So hopefully he can get it back in the next month. It's funny, we have a lot of luggage at my house and yet none seems to really be right. I think she should have just gone with one large 30" bag, one medium 26" and pay the $100 for oversize/over weight for the big one. LOL....I guess that could still happen.

She has her schedule for her first day tomorrow and it's a half day of meetings and then right into assessments. I'm really hoping she gets a better idea of what she will actually be doing.

Sales? YES, some are incredible
will items that are included categories be on sale? MAYBE, this is a big unknown until the actual sale starts
Free shipping? YES, free next day delivery, no minimum, free same day in some locations with a minimum $25 spend
A ton of movies and TV shows that ended up being the reason we kept the membership

in our house dollar is always king so even if something we need isn't included but is cheaper than elsewhere, I'll buy it

to keep Amazon orders that I believe are covered "clean" I will only order those things at that time, look for items that are listed as "sold by Amazon" with next day delivery. Airmiles has a bonus offer as well,

time for the last kick at the can with Metro, used cash miles yesterday for hubby's dinner and a slice of cake and will use the last $10 worth that we have today.
this is a yogurt hubby loves (not this flavour, black cherry is his!) every 2 containers will net 65 miles!

hubby and I were talking about the optics behind them choosing to close the door, bad word of mouth is awful for a business. They should have just kept giving out the bags and let people "win" 100 miles. They've got several more locations to hit up and plenty of time to get more of those things printed! Just feels wrong to me.
